The golden honey filled honeycomb shaped African continent represents our mineral wealth and vast amount of knowledge.  The bees are symbolic of the designers own ancestral wealth of knowledge about the Xesibe clan, whose defining characteristics are like those of worker bees.  Each of the 16 bees swarming around the continent  are representative of the designers forefathers
